1. Go to Alert Manager > Notification and click "New Notification Channel"
2. Create an Email Notification Channel
You can choose Email notification where you just need to type in the Email address to which the notifications should be sent.

3. Select the Alert Type
You can decide between three different Alert Types that check different key figures: Click Rejection Rate, Click Traffic Increase / Decrease, Total Clicks.
4a. Configure the Alert Type: Click Rejection Rate
This Alert Type allows you define rules concerning the rejection rate (Rejected Clicks / Total Clicks).
- It is mandatory to insert the Integrations that should be considered by the alarm. It is also possible to add certain Offer IDs and Publisher IDs to filter by because the rejection rate is calculated on Offer and Publisher level.
- You can choose between different Lookup Periods which define the time period for which the rejection rate is calculated.
- With the Percentage, you can set the threshold and the operator at which point the notification should be triggered.
- For the Click Rejection Rate, we offer a Check Interval of 24 Hours so that the rejection rates will be checked every day.
- In the example below, the total rejection rate for this month is checked every 24 hours for the current month. The user will be notified every time the rejection rate is greater than 70%.
4b. Configuration the Alert Type: Click Traffic Increase / Decrease Yesterday VS 2 Days Ago
This Alert Type makes it possible to track high increases or decreases in the number of click traffic. Therefore, the number of clicks yesterday and the number clicks 2 days ago are considered for the calculation.
- It is mandatory to insert the Integrations that should be considered by the alarm. It is also possible to add certain Offer IDs and Publisher IDs to filter by because the clicks are cumulated on Offer and Publisher level.
- With the Percentage, you now have different opportunities. If you want to track an increase, you need to enter a positive threshold. For decrease tracking, you need to type in a negative threshold. For both cases, you can choose an operator (Greater Than / Less Than) that is relevant for use case.
- For this Alert Type, we offer a Check Interval of 24 Hours so that the rejection rates will be checked every day.
- In the example below, the number of clicks is checked every 24 hours. The user will be notified when the number of clicks of the "Redirect Integration", "offer1" and "pub1" has increased more than 70% from 2 days ago until yesterday.
In this case, the user will be notified when the number of clicks has decreased more than 50% from 2 days ago to yesterday.
4c. Configuration the Alert Type: Total Clicks by Integration Offer Publisher
With this Alert Type, you can track the total number of clicks on Integration/Offer/Publisher level.
- It is mandatory to insert the Integrations that should be considered by the alarm. It is also possible to add certain Offer IDs and Publisher IDs to filter by because the clicks are cumulated on Offer and Publisher level.
- You need to enter the Total Number of clicks as a threshold. You can choose an operator (Greater Than / Less Than) that is relevant for use case.
- For the Total Clicks, you can choose between different Check Intervals: 1 Hour, 24 Hours, 7 days.
- In the example below, the number of clicks is checked every hour. The user will be notified when the number of clicks of the "Redirect Integration", "Offer1", "Offer2" and "Pub1" is greater than 100,000.
